Specialist Software

Your new starters machine will be pre-installed with the University's standard software desktop applications. Depending on their role they may require specialist software downloaded onto their account, for example Agresso.

If you require additional software applications, before collection, please inform IT Services of your requirements to ensure it can be provided on our managed service.  

Role Specific Accounts

Again, depending on your new starters role, they may require access to various systems that aren't included as standard. Most of these will be Department/School specific and a manager within that Department/School should be able to create an account for your new starter. If you do not know how to grant access for specific systems/software, please speak to IT Services
