All activities need to be booked in advance and payment is required at the time of booking; classes and public swim sessions can be booked up to 6 days, facility hire up to 7 days and gym sessions up to 24 hours in advance.

Loughborough University Students and Staff members

All students and staff members at Loughborough University already have a Loughborough Sport account, so you do not need to register. To book you will need your university email address and Loughborough Sport password (not university password). If you do not know your password, request your password online here and enter your University email address.

Loughborough Sport Partners and Community members

If you have previously booked with Loughborough Sport before, you will already have an online account. If you do not know your password, request your password online here and enter your registered email address. To set up a Loughborough Sport account please apply online here.
