You will be assessed both theoretically and practically via a combination of coursework, essays, case studies, reports, presentations, a practical viva and exams, in addition to a research project.
To meet the requirements of the accrediting body students must achieve the criteria below in order to graduate with an MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
As part of this degree programme you will need to: attain an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check and Occupational Health clearance; complete the Clinical Exercise Physiology UK practice-based learning log-book (at least 140 hours in a clinical setting, with up to 110 hours in course-based practical activities or simulated experience on healthy individuals); and meet expectations or above for all components of the Clinical Exercise Physiology UK Clinical Assessment of Competencies.
