Ehsan’s research interests include additive manufacturing (3D printing), high-value manufacturing and industry 4.0, and continuous improvement (lean-sigma-TOC). Ehsan has a strong track record of managing multi-million pound research and industrial projects.

Michael's research focuses on the integration and management of complex socio-technical systems. A graduate in Applied Physics, he spent 17 years working in defence and aerospace before joining Loughborough in 2006. He is Co-chair of the IEEE Systems of Systems Engineering Technical Committee.

Anna’s research focuses on state capitalism, corporate governance and entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD from Imperial College London and has a professional background in investment banking, corporate strategy, and M&A. Anna regularly invites high profile speakers into her lectures.
