Stephen joined Loughborough in 2013 after a career in investment banking and consultancy. He has taught a wide range of courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Catherine's research interests lie principally in areas of economic sociology including organisations and institutions; multinational corporations; labour markets; industrial and employment relations; employee voice and participation; corporate governance; economy and society.

Kai-Hong Tee

Dr Kai-Hong Tee

Senior Lecturer in Finance

Dr Tee is an expert in financial investment risk. He has published in the areas of risk valuation/assessment and the potential risk issues and effects following the 2008 credit crisis.

Petros's research interests are interdisciplinary and lie in corporate accounting and accountability, corporate social (and environmental) reporting, and corporate social responsibility.

Before academia Ken was a Managing Director and Head of European Equity Research at Barclays Capital, where he worked for eight years before leaving in 2017 to take up a number of academic positions.

Maxine's teaching is mainly in the area of small business, entrepreneurship and innovation, with research interests mainly in the field of international education, and the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviour.

Michelle Richey

Dr Michelle Richey

Senior Lecturer in Technology and Entrepreneurship

Michelle's research interests relate to the sociology of entrepreneurship, refugee entrepreneurship, social inclusion and social enterprise. Her current research focuses on refugee entrepreneurship and measuring the impact of refugee entrepreneurship programmes.
