The course strengthened my storytelling skills, sharpened my critical thinking, and gave me the confidence to tell my own story in my own voice. I was exposed to fresh perspectives on storytelling, power, objectivity, and truth, ideas I would not have encountered otherwise. These lessons have already begun to make me a better cameraman and journalist.  

What made this programme possible for me was its flexible structure. Studying part-time and remotely was the only way I could balance further education with a demanding career, and Loughborough is one of the few universities that offers such an option in storytelling.
