I’d also been to Loughborough before for school games in Year 10 and 11, which left a lasting impression. My cousin studied here and spoke very highly of the experience, which reinforced my decision. I was so sure that I made Loughborough both my firm and insurance choice.

The Business School has played a big role in shaping my ambitions. In first year, the Skills for Study module was invaluable. Before starting university, I had little idea about placements or career planning, but this module gave me the tools and confidence to prepare for the future. The support from Loughborough Placements has been excellent, I already have my CV ready and will soon start applying for placements, which I hope will help me decide what I want to do after graduation.
