When I was choosing where to study, reputation and ranking were key factors for me. Loughborough stood out because of its strong position in the league tables and its excellent reputation for Economics and Finance. I wanted a university that offered more than just academics, a place where I could grow personally and professionally.
The ethos of the Business School really appealed to me, to me, the idea of ‘Progress with Purpose’ means finding something you truly care about and making sure your time at university reflects that.
It’s easy to get caught up in the idea of graduating quickly and landing a job, but I believe university should be about discovering what you’re passionate about. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to explore academics, sports and societies and each experience has shaped who I am today.
