Everyone knows that it’s good to take a break from your desk or screens for a short while, and doing something creative can be great for your wellbeing. Whether you’ve got 15 mins or an hour, there’s something you can make or do in the time you have.
Each Pop-up session has a different focus, which is self-led with simple instructions to follow if needed. In addition to this, there are basic art materials available at every session for you to use, including paper, paints, origami and colouring sheets.
At this month’s Pop-up, make a simple page clip or corner page holder to brighten up your reading and note-taking. A quick and practical creative activity for the start of term.
