Emily Boxall (English BA, 2020) has launched 2mins, a free app designed to make financial education more engaging and accessible for young people.

Built with her dad, Chris Boxall, who has spent decades working in finance, 2mins combines Chris's financial expertise with Emily's creative approach to communication.

The app delivers bite-sized storyboards followed by quick interactive games, each designed to take just two minutes. Topics include payslips, pensions, investing and credit scores: all areas that many students and graduates feel they should understand, but often don’t feel confident with.

Rather than long, dense explanations, 2mins uses humour, storytelling and bite-sized games to make learning feel more approachable and memorable.

The app is free to download and is designed particularly for students and those early in their careers.

The app is available to download via the App Store
