Speaking Club
Every Tuesday over the summer period the International Student Experience (ISE)Team and Academic Language and Study Skills (ALSS) Team will run a Speaking Club.
come along, practise your English speaking and listening skills with a chance to catch up with friends and meet new ones too. No need to book, ask any questions that you might have about life in the UK or just pop by for a general chit-chat and each week we will have a new topic to discuss!

Mindful Marbling Workshop
Connect and Create
Join the Chaplaincy for an afternoon of crafts, conversation, and refreshments.
As part of the session, take part in a Mindful Marbling Workshop - a calming, creative activity where you can make your own marbled designs to take home.
Come along to relax and be creative or just come to meet others and take time to slow down.

Spike, serve, and rally your way through an exciting volleyball tournament! Whether you’re a beginner or a regular player, come along for a fun and social evening and your chance to win a trophy!

Summertime Garden Party
Make the most of summer at our flagship event of the season.
Join the International Student Experience Team on 14th August from 18:00 at the EHB Pavilion (the outdoor area opposite the EHB building) for our Summertime Garden Party.
This is one of the highlights of the Summertime Socials programme and promises an evening of food, music, games, and entertainment. Whether you're looking to catch up with friends, meet new people, or simply enjoy a summer evening on campus, there's something for everyone. We can’t wait to see you there!
