Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I started as a competitive swimmer, moved into rugby, and later found a real passion for strength training and CrossFit. Over time, I’ve realised that training isn’t just about performance, but about building confidence, discipline, and resilience in everyday life.
I hold a degree in sports therapy, which shapes how I approach coaching. I focus on how the body works and how to train effectively, with an emphasis on good movement, staying injury-free, and building progress that lasts.
I work with people at all stages, whether you’re new to training or looking to improve. I take time to understand where you’re starting from and build things around that, with the right support and structure to help you move forward at a pace that works for you.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve fitness, or feel more confident in the gym, I’d be happy to support you on your journey.

With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness and health aspirations. My client-focused approach is designed to inspire you to surpass your limits, ensuring our sessions are both challenging and enjoyable.

My passion for fitness dates back to my early years, marked by active participation in sports such as Football, Golf, and Go-Karting. The joy derived from these pursuits fueled my pursuit of qualifications in strength and conditioning for both adults and youth athletes.

I find fulfilment in teaching and coaching a diverse range of classes, from Indoor Cycling and HIIT to Circuit classes. My goal is to infuse these sessions with excitement, making them enjoyable for participants of all skill levels.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, currently completing a Master’s in the Psychology of Exercise Rehabilitation — and I’m here to help you build real, lasting strength, both physically and mentally.

I specialise in strength and resistance training, with a Level 1 Powerlifting Coach qualification. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to progress with purpose, I’ll help you move well, lift with confidence, and feel strong in your body.

To better support clients with specific needs, I’m also working towards a Level 4 qualification in Lower Back Pain Management. My goal is to help you train safely, without fear or second-guessing every rep.

What sets my approach apart is the integration of psychological insight into physical training. I have a particular interest in motivation, mindset, and confidence — and how strengthening these can transform not just how you train, but how you live.

If you're ready to fall in love with lifting, grow your confidence, and build a stronger version of yourself — let's get started!
