Children's Camps terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are offered in addition to your legal rights.

1. Loughborough University reserves the right to alter these conditions without notice, other than by posting the revisions on the Loughborough Sport website. The alterations or revision will apply from the date of first posting on the website.

1. Reservations can not be made without full payment for the camp.
2. Bookings must be made prior to the outlined deadline.
3. Payment is strictly non-refundable or transferrable, this includes withdrawals due to illness or injury. Our staff-to-child ratios are strictly regulated and arranged at the time of advertising the camp. Late withdrawals mean the camp has already paid for committed to paying for coaches. 

1. Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. This includes allergies, medications, and physical or behavioral needs.

2. Loughborough Sport are not liable for accidental injuries, when safety protocols have been followed.

3. Loughborough Sport will administer first aid if required and seek emergency medical treatment if parents cannot be reached.

1. Loughborough Sport / Loughborough Lightning will not tolerate bullying, violence, or severe disruption. Those enrolled onto the camp must adhere to our code of conduct.

2. If a child is sent home for behavioral reasons, no refund will be issued for any remaining time on the camp.

1. Loughborough Sport / Loughborough Lightning we reserve the right to cancel a session due to low numbers or unsafe conditions. For example, extreme weather or venue issues. 

2. If a camp has been cancelled by Loughborough Sport / Loughborough Lightning, a full refund or a transfer to a future session will be processed.
