Issues accessing your University account?

If you are unable to access your account, it is likely that your password has been automatically reset. 

Throughout January 2026 – April 2026, IT Services led a targeted campaign inviting colleagues (Staff and Doctoral researchers) to update their password to the new format of a minimum of 12-characters in length. 

After 28 April, passwords that had not been updated were forcibly reset by IT Services. 

If you received an email and have not reset your password recently, this will more than likely be the reason you are unable to access your account.
