FREE Microsoft Office 365 for students
During your time at the University, you will have free access to the latest Microsoft Office packages. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more:
- Install on up to 5 compatible PCs, Macs, and Tablets
- Use with OneDrive for automatic device syncing
Guidance for macOS
If you currently own Office for Mac 2016 or Office 365 for Mac, you will need to:
- Make sure you have access to the original software and licence
- Uninstall the current version
- Download and install Office 365 for Mac through the Office 365 for Loughborough University account.
Please note: For Mac users, if the above link does not work, we recommend downloading the Office 365 application from the app store and signing in when you launch it.
What is not covered in the student licence?
Please note, the following are not covered in the student licence:
- Co-Pilot in apps
- Forms
- PowerBi
- MS Bookings
