OneDrive Sync Client

Campus computers and Staff Desktop Service

The OneDrive Sync Client is installed on all University managed devices (Staff Desktop Service) and campus computers. It appears as a blue cloud icon in the bottom-right corner of the taskbar.

Use it to save files directly to your OneDrive, making file storage quicker and easier than uploading through the web version.

Allow time for files to sync. To check sync status, click the OneDrive cloud icon to view activity and any sync errors.

Important: Before signing out of any campus computer (including remote access), ensure your files have successfully synced to your OneDrive account by checking the blue cloud icon in the taskbar.
