Cricket Centre and Nets
Loughborough offers outstanding cricket facilities, from the England Cricket Base on campus to two cricket pitches and three outdoor practice nets.
Across campus, we have a wide range of cricket facilities for students, community members, and elite performance squads.
The England Cricket Base has six indoor full length cricket lanes and a dedicated fielding area. Each lane is equipped with hawk-eye tracking technology and video analysis, providing an ideal environment for technical coaching and performance analysis. The facility is home to the ECB National Cricket Performance Centre and regularly welcomes national teams preparing for overseas tours, with the benefit of a climate-controlled training environment.
We also have two high-performance cricket pitches elsewhere on campus, used by our Performance teams and the wider community for games throughout the summer season. Alongside these are 3 outdoor nets, used all year round by students and community members for training.

Indoor Cricket lanes
Six full length indoor cricket lanes equipped to support training and performance analysis.
Haslegrave Cricket Pitch
A first class cricket ground, located immediately adjacent to the indoor centre.
Brockington Cricket Pitches
Brockington cricket pitch is located at the heart of campus. Matches on this pitch utilise the Graham Dilley Cricket Pavilion for changing rooms and scoring.
Brockington Outdoor Nets
Three outdoor artificial cricket nets located next to the Brockington Pitch.
