Tennis and Squash Centre
The Loughborough Tennis and Squash Centre is home to the LTA National Academy and Tennis Leicestershire. The centre supports the full spectrum of tennis and squash, from coach development to elite training and international tournaments.
Located on the east side if campus, the Tennis and Squash Centre is within walking distance of Powerbase Gym. The facility provides high-quality indoor and outdoor tennis courts, glass-backed squash courts and various athlete facilities, creating an environment that supports training, competition and events.
The centre host tournaments throughout the year, alongside a programme of coached tennis and squash sessions for players of all abilities.
We also have two padel courts located near the University's main entrance, operated by Soul Padel.
Equipment and spaces
10 indoor tennis courts
With 10 indoor acrylic courts across two halls, the centre supports weekly training, fixtures and competitions.
3 outdoor courts
Perfect for the sunny weather, our 3 outdoor tennis courts are used for training, as well as community recreational use.
4 glass-backed squash courts
Located at the top end of the centre, we have 4 squash courts, with meeting rooms and a physiotherapy room located nearby.
Meeting spaces
The centre has 2 large function rooms and a player lounge, making it the ideal venue for running workshops and networking events.
